Syntax: RightMargin [n]
Abbreviation: RM
sets the right margin for all formatting operations, and for WordWrap.

If the optional argument n is not specified, you can enter it on the input line, the default being the current value of the right margin.
A value of zero for n will force ne to use (what it thinks it is)
the current screen width as right margin.
